Alliance Bank Online Dues Payments

The online payment site is owned and operated by Alliance Bank. Property Management Services, Inc does not operate the online payment site and can not make any changes to any account, payment amounts, due dates, etc (Owners are responsible for cancelling any recurring payment upon sell of home). Any Association dues increase will need to be changed by the individual that created the account. Please bookmark the above link for future use.


It is the policy of the Association to reasonably accommodate an owner, resident or tenant with a qualified disability under the law. Under the law, a person is considered disabled if the person has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, the person is regarded as having an impairment, or the person has a record of an impairment. In certain situations, reasonable accommodation may include waving or varying the Association’s rules or policies to accommodate an individual with a disability. An accommodation will be made when a qualified individual with a disability requests a reasonable accommodation of the disability and the accommodation can be made without creating an undue hardship on the Association. The Association has a procedure for requesting a reasonable accommodation of a disability. If you believe you have a disability and would like to request that a reasonable accommodation be provided to you by the Association, please contact the property manager.

Dues payments should be submitted with the statement stub. If you are unable to include the statement stub with your payment, please make sure that your account number is written on the front of the check. All payments should be submitted to:

The PMSI management office has not changed. Our offices are still located at 601 W 41st Avenue Ste 201, Anchorage, AK 99503. No other aspects of your Association management company have changed other than the mailing address for your dues payments.
